Her expertise and expe
Good Thinking was founded following a 34-year career in Minnesota's chamber of commerce and non-profit industries. Vicki most recently spent seven years serving on the senior management team, and leading programs and business services, including association management services at the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. Her expertise and experience in organizational development and executive leadership training have transformed both organizations and executives.
She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Concordia College St. Paul; and enjoys teaching as a certified Real Colors facilitator and adjunct instructor in the Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and Innovation Program at Brazosport College.
Vicki has been actively engaged in several Minnesota-based non-profits including serving on the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Economic Development Association, Dakota Scott Workforce Development, and Mid-America Chamber Executives. She is an avid hockey fan and enjoys reading, fitness, golf, and spending time on the lake with her husband Nick, and their two daughters and families.
