Good Thinking was founded, following a 30-plus-year career in Minnesota's chamber of commerce and non-profit industries. Vicki most recently spent seven years leading the programs and products/services division, including association management services at the Minnesota Chamber. Her expertise and experience in organizational development and executive leadership training have transformed organizations. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management. She enjoys teaching as a certified Real Colors facilitator and adjunct professor in the Organizational Leadership and Innovation Program at Brazosport College.
